Hachette UK has appointed Oliver Malcolm as Managing Director of Hodder & Stoughton. Reporting into Katie Espiner, CEO of Hodder & Stoughton and Orion, Malcolm will be based at Hachette UK’s London office and will join the Hachette UK board.

Hodder & Stoughton MD Carolyn Mays steps down

Hachette UK announced that Hodder & Stoughton Managing Director Carolyn Mays will be stepping down after ten years as MD of Hodder and more than three decades with the company. She will be leaving at the end of 2022.

Seshni Jacobs appointed MD of Hodder Education

Hachette UK has appointed Seshni Jacobs as Managing Director of Hodder Education, as Lis Tribe retires after a decade in the role and nearly thirty years at Hodder Education.
